The idea for Lynx Book began when its founder made a custom book as a surprise for his girlfriend.
Turning a Personal Gesture into a Scalable Experience
Lynx Book is not just a planner — it’s a storybook of someone’s daily life. Our challenge was to design a product interface and brand that felt as meaningful as the memories it would hold. We focused on making the experience personal, intuitive, and emotionally rich. From the homepage to the customization flow, every screen is designed to evoke a sense of creativity, warmth, and connection.
Users can upload personal images to different pages, building a truly customized daily planner. We created a step-by-step builder flow that allows them to personalize layouts, moods, and sections without any confusion. The interface avoids clutter and focuses on guiding users in an enjoyable way, almost like designing a scrapbook for the year ahead.
Visually, the site uses soft tones, handwritten accents, and friendly typography — all reinforcing the idea that this is a heartfelt gift, not just another notebook. The result is a delightful user journey that encourages gifting, sharing, and repeat creation. For a product born out of love, we built a digital

The user interface was designed to make customization effortless, while preserving a sense of warmth and intimacy.
The origin of Lynx Book is deeply personal — a gift made for someone special. Our task was to take that intimacy and translate it into a scalable e-commerce experience that retained the emotional core. We approached this by highlighting the story throughout the design: from product pages to the checkout journey, users always feel the human connection behind the brand.
We developed a brand language that speaks gently but confidently. Messaging is warm and inclusive, aimed at users creating books for partners, family, or even themselves. Each page of the experience reminds users that they’re not just buying a planner — they’re building something that reflects memories, routines, and relationships.
From a technical perspective, we streamlined the backend setup for ease of adding new template styles and seasonal themes. The result? A system that’s scalable for the brand and easy to maintain — while remaining flexible for future personalization features like quotes, stickers, or even AI-generated prompts.
Lynx Book is now more than a heartfelt idea — it’s a growing product brand that continues to connect people through beautifully designed, emotionally resonant daily planners.
