Building Stories Around Real Homes

Renovation isn’t just about bricks and tiles — it’s about trust. This campaign focused on emotion, assurance, and transformation.

Creating a TV Spot That Felt Like Home

For Renomation’s first major TV commercial, the goal wasn’t flashy visuals or over-the-top promises. It was trust. Our strategy focused on authentic storytelling — showing real homeowners, real challenges, and real transformation. We wanted viewers to see themselves in the ad — whether they're planning a kitchen remodel or dreaming of a complete home upgrade.

The script centered around moments: the joy of a new space, the anxiety of the unknown, and the reassurance of a team that delivers. Visually, we used warm lighting, steady pacing, and realistic environments to reflect Renomation’s commitment to craftsmanship and care.

Casting was also crucial. We chose relatable characters over actors — people who could genuinely express the before-and-after journey. The end result was a 30-second spot that felt genuine and aspirational, driving home one clear message: with Renomation, you’re in good hands.

The ad ran across regional TV channels and digital platforms, reinforcing the brand as a reliable partner in home improvement.

Performance That Measured Up

The campaign sparked brand awareness and led to measurable leads — showing the power of TV when matched with the right story.

The Renomation TV ad campaign launched with perfect timing — at the start of the renovation season. Within weeks, the brand saw a noticeable increase in inbound inquiries, particularly from first-time home renovators. The emotional tone and realistic storytelling struck a chord with viewers, leading to a stronger brand association and higher conversion rates on their website.

We also supported the campaign with YouTube pre-rolls, Instagram story cuts, and short-format teasers. All visuals were consistent with the TV ad’s tone: clean, sincere, and warm. The offline-to-online transition was seamless, helping the campaign succeed across multiple touchpoints.

Internal surveys showed that viewers perceived Renomation as more trustworthy and professional after viewing the ad. What began as a single TV spot became a launchpad for a new era of brand voice — human, honest, and helpful.

With this ad, Renomation didn’t just sell renovation services. They communicated peace of mind.
